Process for Admission Form:

• • First of All open the Website www.osbme.odisha.gov.in and go to the Title Student Section.
• • As you put the cursor on the Title Student Section a drop down menu will display.
• • In that Drop down Menu click on the Title Admission Form.
• • Now click on the Download button.
• • Now Form is Downloaded
• • Take the Print of the Form and fill it carefully and correctly as per the direction.
• • Fill instruction according to the original supporting documents
• • After filling up the form along with Original supporting documents and fee deposited receipt Scan Properly and send to osbmeadmission@gmail.com in the form of single PDF File.
