Process for Admission Form:


  • ➢ First of All open the Website www.osbme.odisha.gov.in and go to the Title Student Section.
  • ➢ As you put the cursor on the Title Student Section a drop down menu will display.
  • ➢ In that Drop down Menu click on the Title Admission Form.
  • ➢ Now click on the Download button.
  • ➢ Now Form is Downloaded
  • ➢ Take the Print of the Form and fill it carefully and correctly as per the direction.
  • ➢ Fill instruction according to the original supporting documents
  • ➢ After filling up the form along with Original supporting documents and fee deposited receipt Scan Properly and send to osbmeadmission@gmail.com in the form of single PDF File.
